Jane Manley

Dr. Weimer and the ETCA Administrative team are excited to share with you some exciting news.  In an effort to strengthen our focus on a culture of student academic quality and to encourage college and career planning we are thrilled to have Mrs. Jane Manley join the ETCA Administration.  Mrs. Manley will be working with students beginning this fall and brings a wealth of educational experience to this position.   Please see the following press release for more information

Mrs. Jane Manley Joins ETCA Administration
Dr. Michael Weimer, ETCA President, is excited to announce that Mrs. Jane Manley has agreed to join the ETCA family as Assistant Principal in Charge of Academics.  In this role, she will especially focus in three areas:
  • Ensure a Campus Culture of Academic Quality 
  • Student College and Career Planning
  • Instructional Strategic Planning and Design
Mrs. Manley comes to ETCA after 17 years serving the students and families at Bishop TK Gorman Catholic School.  She has extensive experience serving on an educational leadership team, distinguishing herself by effectively directing and coordinating all guidance and advising activities.  Consensus in the community identifies Mrs. Manley as “knowing more about college advising than anyone else in the Tyler area.”  She also has a strong background in designing/implementing instructional programs equipping students with 21st Century skills.  Mrs. Manley holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Women’s University and a Masters in Pastoral Ministry from the University of Dallas, as well as, additional graduate work in School Leadership.  Mrs. Manley’s commitment to ministry is illustrated by her voluntary role as College Advisor for Mercy Ships International.
Regarding Mrs. Manley, Dr. Weimer said, “Jane Manley is one of most creative educational thinkers I have met.  She has a gift for student-focused, outside-the-box academic evaluation and problem solving.  Undergirding her entrepreneurial approach toward education is a  commitment to integrate spiritual formation into the academic and social nurture of students.  What a blessing to have her join our leadership team!
