Qualifications for Admission
To be considered for admission to ETCA, the student needs to be:
- Able to re-enroll in the school last attended,
- On or above grade level academically,
- Successful without curriculum modifications, and
- A person of good character, free from serious behavior or discipline issues.
Step 1: Complete and Turn in Enrollment Application
Step 2: Initial Enrollment Paperwork
- Student Profile and Student Record Request
- (2) Teacher Recommendation Forms from principal and/or teachers
- Copy of Social Security Card and Birth Certificate
- Signed Student Medical Record and Current Immunization Record
Step 3: Information Overview
- Review all information received.
Step 4: Admission Testing
- No additional testing will be required if current Stanford Achievement Test or TAKS scores are available.
- Stanford Short Form and the OLSAT test may be administered if no other scores are included.
- Additional testing may be necessary, if requested by the Admissions Committee.
Step 5: Enrollment Visit and Final Paperwork (Including Financial)
- Parents will be contacted by the Business Manager to schedule a meeting time to pay Registration fee and discuss tuition payment arrangements.
Step 6: First Day of School
The following must be complete BEFORE the student may begin school:

Public Release of Information Form
Enrollment Record
Emergency Information Card
Probation Letter
Student Handbook Acknowledgement Form
- New students will be on academic and behavioral probation during the first six weeks grading period.
